The Role

Technology Service Management is an integral part of Suncorp’s Premium support service. The Support Analyst plays a hands-on role in the delivery of these exceptional face to face customer service experience. This will include collaboration with internal stakeholders ensuring coverage of the SmartBar initiative, being passionate about mobility, collaboration systems and end user technology and providing solutions in real time to customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will work in a team of four. Responsibilities will include:

  • Executive support for Executives and Managers that reside or visit in Shelley St.
  • Mobility support for devices and including connectivity
  • Tablet and Laptop support
  • Desktop Support
  • Peripheral support including Printers, Keyboards, mice, webcams, etc.
  • Lync Conferencing support
  • Continuous improvement for incidents and work orders relating to SmartBar Services
  • Root Cause analysis for repeat incidents and escalation to resolver teams.
  • Provide a professional service at all times

 

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology is desirable
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience of IT operations
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of how information and technology contributes to business performance.
  • General understanding of infrastructure platforms and technologies.
  • Able to build great rapport and can empathises with customers
  • Knowledge of AGILE project delivery would be desirable.
