We are leading the national Zero Childhood Cancer personalised medicine program for children with the most aggressive cancers, in partnership with the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst Process Improvement Professional to join our dynamic team on a Fixed Term Part-time 12 month contract.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work independently and with internal teams to understand current processes and re-design process for business optimisation
- Subject matter expertise on business transformation, process and organisational design and change management.
- Define business problems and develop a clear hypothesis that challenges the way we think.
- Document the current (as-is) business process design if this does not already exist and document the to-be business process design.
- Support the delivery of key transformational projects within the Technology Services team by working closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to the team to understand current process roadblocks and designing innovative ways to overcome these.
- Manage features through Agile delivery lifecycle (SCRUM) including participating in and facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-up, sprint review, retrospectives etc)
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and regularly communicate with stakeholders. Create presentations and present to various stakeholder groups to convey concepts, ideas and details.
- Define process standards and drive continuous improvement of solutions by finding innovative ways to ensure quality and increase efficiency
- Ensure that solutions are suitably documented (high level design, interface specifications, detailed design, data flow diagrams, mapping documentation)
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with extensive end to end process improvement
