Based in Perth, you will drive the successful Program delivery of an Iconic international client. As the Program Manager, you will ensure the successful definition, governance and project delivery to high standards. You will also control project deviations , effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations as well as change.

Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed services project revenue and scheduling criteria.
• Provide critical support during presales as such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management
• Lead the definition of the Statement of Work.
• Create and manage the project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
• Manage the project budget and margin.
• Ensure clarity and understanding of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and provide guidance and coaching to the project team.
• Monitor expenses and subcontracting terms
• Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information system.
• Communicate new business opportunities identified during project execution.
• Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
You will Possess:
• Services & technical /industry consulting experience
• Degree qualifications in Engineering/Project management
• Understanding of 3DS products and technologies highly regarded
• Senior experience in managing complex programs and significant digital projects at lower margin and higher risk
• Successfully managed at least 2 diverse transformation projects
• Have experience in agile project management on non-software development environment
• Experience in the defence materiels sector ideal
