Our client is a large infrastructure company with office sites nationally across Australia. They are currently completing a Windows 10 deployment project and they require a Windows Support Analyst, to travel to regional and rural offices sites to assist with the final months of the deployment.  When not traveling, this role is based out of the Southbank office in Melbourne CBD.

The Windows Support Analyst responsibilities include:

• Configuration and delivery of the Windows10 SOE to existing computers on the corporate network
• Configuration and Replacement of “Out of Warranty” computer hardware at Regional & Rural sites
• Migration of Data from existing computers to replaced or upgraded computers at Regional and Rural sites
• Travel to Regional and remote sites

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

• Support of Microsoft Windows Environments (Windows7 & Windows10)
• Ability to travel interstate to regional & rural sites
• Ability to work un-supervised
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with experience of working with all levels of management.
• Ability to work to tight schedule, prioritise and execute tasks effectively in a corporate environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Experience in administering and troubleshooting:
  • o Active Directory
  • o Microsoft Exchange
  • o SCCM & Software Centre
• Participated in a Windows 8 or Windows 10 Corporate rollout
