We are currently on the lookout for a passionate team lead for the New Ventures team. You will be managing a team of three 'domazing' developers.

A lot about you:

• You have a sound understanding of programming fundamentals and algorithms.
• Previous experience means you have in depth knowledge of AWS, docker and CI/CD best practices.
• You would describe yourself as having a 'mastery' of Javascript with experience shipping and leading large scale javascript projects.
• You have 5+ years hands-on Software Engineering experience with both front and back-end technologies.
• You have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision-making.
• Sharing your knowledge and upskilling others is something you love to do.
• Seeking out regular and honest feedback is one thing you do to better yourself and your team.
• You thrive off motivating and influencing a team to reach an overall end goal.
• Excellent communication skills* *is something that just comes easily to you.
• You love working in a challenging environment and work well autonomously.
• You have a degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
