This well knoiwn global provider of utilities is seeking a Business Analyst to support Back Office and Operations department functions through the identification of potential business improvements, critical system issues and the recommendation of solutions related to billing functions. 

Key accountabilities will include:

• Assist in implementation of process changes to improve billing accuracy (manual & automatic)
• Regularly update and distribute a suite of reports detailing the performance of the Billing Integrity function
• Responsible for creating billing process flows, training and process materials
• Conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Complete post-implementation reviews as directed
• Identify system / process defects impacting billing accuracy and performance

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience as an IT Business / Systems Analyst 
• Strong knowledge of billing systems in retail Energy, Telco and/or Utilities
• Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn processes and systems
• Highly analytical, high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• A high standard of and demonstrated success in problem-solving
• Experienced SQL and relational databases
• Customer focused
