Your Mission…
As Portfolio Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping & evolving the way in which Sportsbet prioritises & delivers solutions to customers.
You will lead the collection, analysis & interpretation of data to provide insights that inform critical decision making, primarily focused on strategic Technology decisions across the Sportsbet Portfolio.
You will be a great communicator, comfortable with Technology, managing multiple stakeholders, and being visible and interactive within the delivery teams aswell as the Sportsbet and Technology leadership teams.
In this role you will analyse & organise new work and negotiate strategic outcomes and priorities based on value, urgency & priorities.
Ideally, we are looking for someone will the following experience & attributes…
- Exposure to project or portfolio management in an eCommerce or other software delivery organisation.
- Experience with & understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.
- Analytical rigor – you draw insights and themes from various data sources, identify gaps in data availability, and join the dots across the project portfolio.
- Excellent attention to detail in the preparation and support of governance forums and portfolio artefacts.
- Facilitation skills – ability to facilitate workshops, project implementation reviews and retrospectives across all customer-facing channels.
