Organisational Change Manager with eHealth to lead stakeholder and business engagement, program change management and communications.
A Contemporary Workspace Program (CWP) has been established within Digital Infrastructure Programs (DIP) to deliver a flexible, modern ICT platform for Queensland Health. A platform that not only enables increased user collaboration and productivity, but a simpler, more efficient model to keep the workspace current. Current Contemporary Workspace projects include Windows 10 and Digital Fortitude Valley location | Contract through to December Collaboration Platform (Office 365) rollout. This part of the program features a great deal of preparation work followed by three deployments.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to apply a structured methodology and lead organisational and cultural change management activities across the organisation through supporting communication efforts, assessing the change impacts and supporting training efforts.
- Consult with senior management to identify and define the changes to processes
- Identify potential risks and issues
- Develop innovative strategies and solutions that support the implementation of employee focussed change management
- Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop counter strategies to reduce the resistance and address doubt
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders
- Create specific change management plans, including communications plans, with respect to training and orientation of employees through a structured change management implementation strategy
Key Skills
- 5+ years as an Organisational Change Manager
- Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor multiple multi-disciplinary project teams
- Proven experience within large complex change environment
- Strong experience in the end-to-end change process
- Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- High level of negotiation and relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector beneficial
