This rapid expansion of the business has lead to a new position being created for an experienced Pre-Sales professional.  This role involves supporting a team of experienced sales professionals who sell to multiple sectors and generally Large Enterprise and Corporates. 

Role:

As a Pre Sales Engineer you will be responsible for evangelising security best practice and enabling clients to stay secure so they can focus on growth.

You will be the right hand to the fast growing sales team who are highly proficient and very experienced. 

Job Description:

Your role is to identify and provide appropriate technical solutions for Enterprise and Government customers in support of the NSW Sales Team. The role also collaborates with other internal and external groups to develop solutions composed of multiple technologies to address our customers business needs.

In this hands-on and fast-paced role you will work across multiple client markets. Focus will be predominantly in the Sydney CBD and North Sydney so extensive travel is not required. 

About you ...

  • A proven ability to engage in the customer "needs analysis" process, driving both customer experience and financial outcomes by providing specialist technical solutions.
  • Relevant studies / qualifications / accreditations within the Information / Security space;
  • You are are a Security SME and a trusted advisor to internal and external customers;
  • Solid Pre-sales experience being the key link between the Sales and Professional Services Delivery teams and partners.
  • Solid understanding local and global Information Security standards, methodologies and best practices;
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex Security solutions that integrate an effective and efficient network infrastructure design; &
  • You will have advanced product knowledge of relevant Security products and solutions available in the local market.
  • You will be adaptable to change and want to take a journey with a fast growth company
  • Accomplished in performing client security reviews and assessments to produce SOW
  • Building the internal processes to create a "sustainable" positive customer experience
