Service Delivery Manager - Limelight People have been engaged to identify an experienced Service delivery Manager for our Managed IT Services client.

Service Delivery Manager - Our client specialise are a nationally run Managed IT Services business that deliverer highly automated, rapidly provisioned and flexible solutions for their customers. 
  
Service Delivery Manager - As a key member of their Professional Services group, you will manage and support some of their major accounts in close partnership with their Account Executives and delivery teams.

Service Delivery Manager - You will have the following responsibilities;

  • Ensuring that services are delivered to agreed Service Level Agreements, managing on-site escalations from the customer (including incident, problem, change and release management)
  • Maintaining the ownership of the relationship between our client and its customers
  • Raising internal awareness of customer impacting issues
  • Single point of contact for issues, escalations and progress updates
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for the customer as per contractual obligations
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are being delivered as per the customer’s requirements and specification
  • Support sales and business development by assisting with scopes of work and proposals
  • Assist the sales team to identify opportunities and contribute towards commercial growth within customer accounts
  • Develop Service Improvement Plans, Risk and Issue Management and Communication Plans for customer accounts
  
Service Delivery Manager - You will have the following experience;

  • Service Delivery Manager working in large complex accounts
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working for a medium to large sized Managed IT Service Provider’s 
  • ITIL certification 
  • Broad technical skills across networks, applications, servers, virtualisation and security
