The Opportunity

Support Desk Analyst, is a newly created opportunity; that will drive enterprise support in line with Readinow's vision. We are looking for a technically minded and hardworking individual to join ReadiNow's customer support team, providing support for our platform and application software.

Role Responsibilities:

  • In this collaborative environment, you will enjoy working with a first-class team. 
  • Respond to, research and resolve customer requests in a timely fashion
  • Triage customer issues, including calling customers to gather information and perform trouble-shooting
  • Mange and escalate customer incidents
  • Keep customers up to date with the progress of their requests
  • Monitor and action alerts from monitoring systems

Highly Desirable:

  • 5 years+ work experience in a similar role
  • 3 years in software development will be highly regarded
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-developed time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Learn systems with minimal assistance
