• Salary Range $76,375 - $79,724 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
• Up to 15.5% Superannuation per annum
• Five weeks annual leave per annum
• Flexible working hours and dynamic team culture
• 12 month fixed term

The role

As a Business Systems Analyst you will have a tertiary qualification and preferably experience Local Government business systems. You should be able to demonstrate competence to:

• Planning and management of new implementations, system upgrades and patches;
• Identifying, analysing, and monitoring key business unit’s processes and activities, against the services best practices, and establish requirements to assist with implementation of change of the business processes;
• Developing approach and methodologies framework for process improvement;
• Maintain a strong customer service engagement and educate users on the services available and possibilities of innovation of the current and future technologies.
• Manage and support in house training materials to assist with ongoing training and implementation of software
