The Role

Conexus Financial is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Senior Database Manager.

This hands-on role is responsible end-to-end strategic ownership of our CRM structure and Audience data. Constantly developing, refining and deepening our data structure, workflows and reporting to produce accurate, timely researched lists and ultimately ensuring that we have a powerful and active database for all Conexus Financial audiences.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Be the go to expert for Salesforce within the organisation with hands on knowledge and expertise
• Reviewing the current state of data and data structure and provide a holistic view and plan for the future state including identify areas of the database that require growth and plan of action
• Consistent review and optimization of data structure and tagging system
• Review and improve workflows on Salesforce and related system integrations (Wordpress, Campaign Monitor, eTouches, GetFeedback) and implement automation wherever appropriate
• Integration of different data-sources to generate holistic data views for key stakeholders
• Maintain integrity of subscriber and audience data on Salesforce from Print and Digital publications and events.
• Provide analytics, insights and statistical data around trends on audience acquisition, behaviour and subscription patterns and retention strategy and trends across our events and publications
• Generate actionable insights for the marketing team by analysing campaigns and readership data using Campaign Monitor and Google Analytics

Who you are

• Knowledge of/passion for financial services sector and its structure
• Experience in Salesforce and data handling
• Experience in email marketing platforms 
• Advanced Excel skills especially in data extracting & pivot tables
• Experience in data automation, visualisation tools and Google Analytics will be highly regarded
• Senior stakeholder management
• High level of interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proven analytical ability
• Systematic with high accuracy
• Passion for routine and precision with a high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Ability to work within a collaborative team environment, resolve issues, and implement solutions
• Self-motivated, innovative, and flexible
