We are currently seeking an experienced Business and Quality Assurance Analyst with 4+ years’ experience to join our team based in Ballarat.

- Experience in documenting complex business requirements
- Experience in establishing quality control frameworks
- Experience across software development
Your role:
- The Business & Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, development and quality outcomes of custom and core product features across our software applications. This position plays an integral part in the product design process and works with technology experts and key business stakeholders to solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, document solutions and provide quality outcomes.
- The position will interface directly with the customer and internal stakeholders to understand and document their requirements. The position will also be responsible for ensuring quality testing outcomes are delivered to the client through current release processes. This role will also have a strong focus on client satisfaction and will contribute to the development of quality systems that support a continuously improving user experience.
Essential Expertise
- Proven ability to document complex business requirements
- Demonstrated experience across software development
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks, policy and practice
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills along with excellent negotiation, presentation and consultation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to a high performance organisational culture which embraces client satisfaction at its core
- Experience developing and executing test cases
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strong and collaborative internal and external relationships
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications/registration
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Current Driver's License
- Satisfactory Police Record check is required for this position at no cost to the candidate
