Your new role
As a Programme Planner you will have the opportunity to be involved with, and influence, client implementation projects across our global teams. You will manage and promote the flow of development work in to our engineering department and ensure we are meeting our velocity targets.
Main Activities
- Planning and managing the design process for Sonata change
- Reporting on requirement, functional design, and technical elaboration phases
- Working with global development teams to ensure availability of resources to complete tasks
- Planning and proactively managing the requirements & solution process ready for development
- Working with PM’s to manage dependencies and interfaces between workstreams, and advising PM’s on impacts of client escalations & prioritisation
- Contributing to ongoing process improvement and new process roll out within Engineering

Skills and experience
- An understanding of the project life cycle, project standards and methodologies
- Proven history in delivering complex commercial software development projects
- You will enjoy being in a hands-on role and motivated by building productive working relationships
- JIRA Administration and workflow experience
- A working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel (PowerPivot and Power Query)
- A basic working knowledge of relational databases and SQL is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distinguish between your business and technical audiences
- Tenacious and outgoing with the confidence to suggest process improvements
