You will be undertaking application support to our clients. For this role we are looking for someone with either 2 years commercial experience in 1st and 2nd level application support for windows / web based applications or 2 years in a high paced customer service position. You must be able to communicate clearly both over the phone and via written correspondence. Your customer service ability will be outstanding as will a friendly and polite telephone manner. You will also need to have a very logical mind, process driven, ability to multi task, organised and have great attention to detail. You must enjoy a challenge and be able to react positively in business critical situations.
Responsibilities
- Providing application support to our clients via telephone, email and our ticketing system
- Logging all calls and following through to completion keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their requests.
- Configuring hardware for clients
- Maintaining our knowledge base and internal documentation
- Configure the EmpLive application
- Handholding new EmpLive users online
- General administration and stock duties as required
- Available to work multiple rosters between the hours of 08:00 am to 08:00 pm Monday to Friday
Travel
- 5 % (International and Interstate)
Requirements
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
