You will be undertaking application support to our clients. For this role we are looking for someone with either 2 years commercial experience in 1st and 2nd level application support for windows / web based applications or 2 years in a high paced customer service position. You must be able to communicate clearly both over the phone and via written correspondence. Your customer service ability will be outstanding as will a friendly and polite telephone manner. You will also need to have a very logical mind, process driven, ability to multi task, organised and have great attention to detail. You must enjoy a challenge and be able to react positively in business critical situations.

Responsibilities

  • Providing application support to our clients via telephone, email and our ticketing system
  • Logging all calls and following through to completion keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their requests.
  • Configuring hardware for clients
  • Maintaining our knowledge base and internal documentation
  • Configure the EmpLive application
  • Handholding new EmpLive users online
  • General administration and stock duties as required
  • Available to work multiple rosters between the hours of 08:00 am to 08:00 pm Monday to Friday

Travel

  • 5 % (International and Interstate)

Requirements

  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
