Our client is a leading national organization and is seeking an innovative and experienced Business System Manager to lead a current dynamic team. 

Role Requirements 

• Lead and Inspire the Business Systems team to deliver an efficient and high quality support & content service to all stakeholders
• Resolve end user business process issues
• Resolve end user application functionality
  issues
• Manage interactions with external service
  providers to ensure they work together
  efficiently to consistently create business
  benefits
• Participate in the Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
• Conduct regular meetings with internal
  and external stakeholders to focus on functionality gaps and plans for improvement

Desired Skill set:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Systems management role 
• Minimum 5 years in an application design/development role
• Minimum 5 Years in business process modelling or similar 
• Experience leading a multi-functional operational delivery team: 10+ years 
• Direct leadership of operational service Teams: 5+ years
• Familiarity with the retail IT environment and the associated business-technology
• In-depth understanding of IS Service & Support methodologies, and the concepts and practices required to support technology systems effectively
• Support of mission critical systems, including system integration
• Experience leading teams providing content management and training services
