Lead the prioritisation and ongoing management of the project portfolio to optimise investment and deliver the best technical solutions for the business.

 

• Develop, own and deliver robust and achievable delivery plans
• Financial management of the portfolio
• Accountability for ensuring effective vendor sourcing
• Coaching, leading and engaging diverse teams across the region
• Managing complex interdependencies
• Stakeholder management internally and with partners

• A minimum of 5 years PM delivery experience
• Staff leadership of teams over 20
• Minimum of 5 years Insurance/Finance experience  
• Strong Stakeholder Engagement is essential with the ability to engage in an advisory capacity
• Agile experience is advantageous
• Energy and charisma
