Our client, a reputable organisation in Canberra is currently looking for an experienced Information Officer with strong Content Manager 9 / TRIM background to join the organisation on a 12 months contract basis. The organisation has just undergone and completed an upgrade on TRIM and is digitising their environment fully.
In this role you will be responsible to manage this project through a time of stabilisation, resolve outstanding problems in conjunction with the vendor as well as work with users and senior management to ensure business needs are met.
The successful candidate bring excellent experience in Information Management services and responsibilities to provide guidance and support to project staff, specialist knowledge of Content Manager 9 (TRIM) as well as the ability to work autonomously, manage stakeholders and continuously provide high levels of customer service.
