We are looking for a Master Project Scheduler who can act as a champion for scheduling best practice across the EPMO and provide high quality scheduling services to the enterprise project organisation.  

Strategic
  • Further, develop existing project forecast processes to improve timelines and predictability for project delivery considering resources available.
  • Improve our forecasting tools and procedures through application of innovative ideas.
  • Analyse project teamwork levels to determine capacity
Support projects in:
  • Defining an appropriate WBS in line with the adopted project delivery approach
  • Managing the interface between the various projects and actively manage portfolio dependencies
  • Supporting the Project Managers in maintaining currency of their project schedules and Clarity PPM milestones and other schedule related data
  • Updating the schedule and comparing the actual work performed against the baseline program
  • Tracking agreed project baselines and identifying and reporting variances
  • Identifying activities impacting the schedule’s critical path and facilitating the identification of correction measures
  • Reporting on project time contingency, schedule risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate and support planning of resource requirements for new projects.
  • Review resource shortages, and capacity planning to meet portfolio requirements.

  • Ownership of the enterprise portfolio master schedule
