An opportunity has arisen in a very busy program delivery team in a leading retail bank. The Senior Project Manager, a seasoned contractor, has said this is the best team he's ever worked in with one of the best leaders he's ever reported into. He needs a good banking BA/Senior Business Analyst who can roll their sleeves up, work on a number of projects, deal with ambiguity, collaborate with colleagues, can have smart conversations and generally wants to work with like-minded people on interesting projects.
To secure this contract Business Analyst role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Banking experience is absolutely mandatory with retail banking preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage stakeholder forums, workshops and other face-to-face and remote engagements
- Workshop facilitation experience to create strong business requirements documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- stakeholder engagement and business relationship management capability
- Able to work autonomously or as part of large distributed teams
This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity paying up to $800 plus super per day and is based ins Sydney's CBD
