The Northern Cooperative Meat Company Ltd (NCMC) is a leading export food processor with production facilities at Casino and Booyong near Lismore in the Northern Rivers area of the NSW far north coast.

We have an opportunity for a Software Developer to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a member of our team, your tasks will include:

• Develop solutions using the .NET Microsoft stack

• Design and document customer solutions involving modifications to the Epicor application and associated products.

• Implementation of customisations to the Epicor application

• Crystal Report design and development

• Use of version control tools (SVN)

• Contribute to our knowledge base (SpiceWorks)

• Use a wide range of tools to diagnose issues

• Installation, configuration and support

• Other work as directed by your supervisor

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Microsoft C# programming

• MS SQL Server

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to pick things up quickly and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment

• Capable of working autonomously and in a team

• Strong communication skills

• Flexible

• Show initiative

• Confidently pitch design solutions in both written and verbal format

Highly desired skills for this role include:

• Epicor ERP customisations, BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards

• Crystal Reports

• XML
