About the role:
As the Process Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and driving process improvement initiatives across BOQ’s Contact Centre Transformation Program. You will drive process improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools and practices and conduct root cause analysis to address anyproblems. This role will see you maintain and develop process modelling and mapping, and working on a range of other exciting projects.
About you:
- As a guide at least 5 years’ experience in process improvement or working on projects regarding process improvement
- Proven experience in Process Improvement Methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Experience developing process modelling and mapping
- Ability to identify a problem and conduct root cause analysis
- Strong analytical mind with critical thinking/analysis skills
