Project Scheduler - MS Project Scheduler Guru required!

We are looking for a capable Project Scheduler for a large and complex transition/transformation project, to ensure that all aspects of the schedules conform to the Projects’ requirements, which need to be accurately captured, maintained and analysed to ensure delivery is on time and in budget. Reporting to the Program Manager your primary duty will be to assist, guide and provide support with the project administration functions.

It is important you have experience and can demonstrate your knowledge of the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Daily assistance with Project Scheduler functions
• Ability to manage concurrent project schedules
• Essential - Microsoft Project Scheduler
• Project reporting and planning
• Implement management decisions
• Enhancing administrative processes and procedures
• Collation of financial information
• Liaison and communication within the project team
• Continual project monitoring and review
• Maintaining project documentation (ensure project methodology and audit compliance)
• Project Resourcing

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years project  scheduling experience
• Have worked on numerous large and complex projects  
• Stakeholder management skills
• Expert in using Microsoft Office suite
• Expert using MS Project Scheduler (essential)
• Experience in working on complex projects
• Excellent communication skills
