Support large NTG IT project through project coordination. 13 Week contract available.
Your new company
This large government department are currently undertaking a large & complex IT project. As a result they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide high level project coordination and administration services to support the strategic importance of the Program Management Office (PMO).
Your new role
In this role you will you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining relative project documentation and administrative systems. You will be required to support and advise project directors on current documentation and processes for continuous improvement. You will also be required to manage the PMO workflow and provide secretariat support to the project as necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully build relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Experience with Project Management Frameworks, Sharepoint, LAN, TRIM and HP-SM7 will be viewed favourably
- Darwin residency and be willing to start ASAP
