We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated person with the capability to be the "go-to-person" for anything and everything around IT support based in our Melbourne office.
You will provide daily desktop hardware, operating system support and telephone system support services to Fusion5 staff through on-site support, phone calls and remote access. Install desktop/laptops, applications (new installations and upgrades), hardware, printers, computer accessories etc. Support enterprise applications (Active Directory, Exchange and network servers) as well as getting involved in IT related projects.
We need someone that brings:
- Solid experience in a helpdesk support role along with desktop, server and application support experience
- Good experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Terminal services, Hyper-V & VMWare, Skype Enterprise, SharePoint
- A good understanding of system administration ideally come from an enterprise managed services environment
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
- An Ability to document knowledge base articles and design system diagrams
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- A solid work ethic and the desire to learn and develop.
- Demonstrated industry experience in a customer facing role.
- A real "can do" attitude is required, along with demonstrated previous experience working autonomously.
- Right to live and work in Australia.
