Bauer Media is looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to join our Technology Delivery Team. The combined PM / BA role is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
The Technical Project Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to define project governance, coordinate effort between business and technology teams, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan. This position works with internal and external stakeholders to bring structure while implementing project-based processes to bring increased efficiency in the delivery of all projects and services across the company.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Project Management and Business Analysis capacity within a Technology team, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Project and Smartsheet
- A sound understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodology and practices
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management - the role will have to juggle the (sometimes) competing priorities of many business groups
- Experience in working in a continuous integration development environment would be highly beneficial
