Are you a leader that inspires people, creates change and drives through initiatives? Your role will be critical to the Intralot story as part of the executive management team based in Melbourne and reporting to the CEO.

Intralot is part of the global Intralot Group based in Athens. We provide the monitoring system and full operational support for the Victorian State Government for all pub and club electronic gaming machines in Victoria. What will your day look like?
After making your espresso at our coffee machine it’s time to plan your day. For the majority of it you’re likely to be busy working with our operational teams or having big picture planning or people meetings with the management team or HR. Your teams are the Service Desk, Deployments/Field Service, Technical/Application Support and Operational Reporting.
The food cart will provide you with the pep up that you need to come up with your exciting new plan to analyse the Service Desk performance, shake up the rosters or work with team leaders to make great changes. Success in your role will be achieving operational performance standards, developing the operational team and transforming them into one of the best operational teams within the Intralot Group. We are not afraid of ideas and welcome your experience.
There’s no shortage of interaction with our team in Greece – this is a key relationship. You’ll also work closely with the Department of Justice and the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR), as well as field service and telecommunications providers, suppliers, gaming venue operators and service companies.
When the day wraps up, jump on your bike or into your car from our downstairs carpark – we are a hop, skip and a jump from the Westgate and Tullamarine freeways based in Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne.
The detail
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with proven experience in managing staff and leading a team. You will have demonstrable process management, planning and time management skills. Your ability to communicate at all levels is key.
Coaching people will be second nature to you, as will the ability to identify areas for improvement and find solutions. You will be customer service oriented and passionate about creating a high performance culture. Our aim is to provide a world class experience to our customers through our professional, timely and efficient service standards.
A tertiary qualification or technical qualification is also required.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted and unlimited work rights. A National Police Check is also required.
