- Initially 6 months - Melb Inner East
- Circa $750 /Day
Seeking an experienced Change Analyst to work on a major Learning Management System Transformation Program. Previous experience in the Tertiary Education Sector is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scrum and stand up meetings to monitor and shape the change analysis activities for new solutions.
- Assist Change Manager to define scope of new and existing change activities
- Identify key CA activities/deliverables and provide high-level estimations
- Assist in the identification of key delivery dates and dependencies
- Create change/stakeholder/solution requirement artefacts
- Work with business analysts to map as-is/to-be processes and perform gap analysis on current state operational model
- Provide change analysis support throughout user acceptance testing activities
Skills / Experience
- Proven track record as a Senior Change Analyst with experience at enterprise level
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing impact assessments
- Experienced in programs / projects of $40M+ and 1000+ FTE
- Ability to establish structure from ambiguous, early project shaping phases
- Ability to influence stakeholders at senior management level
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
