Talenza are urgently seeking a Business Analyst for a leading Australian Insurer for a daily rate contract opportunity.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a digital landscape and ideally some business case development experience.
In this role you will be responsible for documenting the current "as is" processes for a end to end claims process with a view to developing digital services to improve customer experience and ability to make an policy claim.

- Tertiary Qualifications in business or technology related subjects
- Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience
- Data gatherin & analysis experience
