Helpdesk Analyst

  • Full-time (38 hours per week), 6 month contract
  • Immediate Start | Redfern location

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team.  This role includes responsiblity for the support and maintenance of software and hardware within the IT network, including local area network and wide area network support. 

 

What we are seeking from you?

  • An appreciation of and the ability and willingness to promote and support the values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows 7
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010/2013
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes 8.5/9.0.1
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome internet browsers
  • Experience and knowledge of Antivirus and Firewall technologies
  • Minimum of Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology (Support)
  • Minimum 12 month’s experience in Level one help desk
  • Knowledge of WHS obligations and to practice these in the workplace
  • Professional development required to maintain skills for the role.
