Bluefin Resources are working with a prestigious federal government enterprise to recruit a Systems Engineer.
Seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer contractors with a strong Infrastructure background across the board generalist skillset, specifically including:
- Windows
- MS SQL Database service, integration service & analysis service
- VMware
- SharePoint
- Group Policy
- Server Configuration
- Mail Exchange Server configurations
- Network security and resilience
Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS, Lync/Skype for Business, and SQL Server
- Desirable experience with VMWare products including ESXi, vSphere, Horizon View
- Good experience with Citrix products including XenApp 6/7 and NetScaler.
- Good experience in SharePoint environments including performing SharePoint deployments
- Good experience with network security that includes configuring and maintaining multi-site network environment, performing firewall management, network access control, IPS, etc.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with MS SQL database service, integration service, analysis service, power BI products and always on clustering.
- Experience with HP switches, servers and storage is desirable
- Experience with security products including Fortigate, RSA, and Symantec Endpoint Protection is desirable
On Offer - This is an initial 3 month contract with the high chance of ongoing extensions based in the CBD.
