About the team
The Analytics Delivery team is responsible for the analytics to support the strategic design and development of customer communications and the analytics to inform contact optimisation opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
Your key deliverables are to:
- Lead and drive analytical projects to deliver on the analytics roadmap
- Manage end to end initiatives that increase the analytics capability within the team
- Drive the use of sophisticated and innovative analytical tools and methods providing data driven solutions to support strategic decision making across Marketing, Product and Customer Journey teams
- Derive and plan analytical initiatives that help shape customer contact strategy design and targeting opportunities
- Recommend appropriate course of action resulting from analytical insights (e.g. marketing activity, customer contact opportunities) to best meet business objectives
What you’ll bring
The role is a highly visible one, and requires someone with outstanding verbal and communication skills at all levels. Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and with superb stakeholder management skills, you can demonstrate:
- Strong experience in marketing and analytics in Financial Services or a related industry
- Excellent proficiency in SQL/SAS/R programming languages
- Knowledge and experience with data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau
- Highly developed analytical skills, working with complex data sets and analysis methods
- Advanced numerical and data analytic skills required-a background in statistics is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Project management experience in an analytics setting
- Ability to inform decisions that result in great customer experiences
- Excellent understanding of integrated marketing and digital landscape
