Exciting opportunity to join Secure Agility a Systems Integrator and Cisco Gold Partner as a Network Support Engineer. Your role will involve assisting the project delivery engineering team to support existing and future clients nationally. You will poses strong knowledge in Networking in Cisco. Our focus is customer service and we looking for specific members with a client centric, customer service approach. You must be a team player willing to knowledge transfer and nurture junior staff at times.
This role will include:
- Support and Project Based Work which includes Implementing, Migrating and Maintaining networks
- Provide input to project documentation (Visio) and engineering tasks as required
- Perform root cause analysis and provide remediation
- Respond to and manage requests relating to network services
- Attend technical client workshops
- After Hours Cutover
- Very good communication skills
To secure and succeed in this role, you will need:
- Site to Site VPN, SSL, IPSEC experience
- Strong Layer 3 routing experience
- Strong Layer 2 switching experience
- Cisco VPN (Any Connect)
- Good communication both written and verbal to work with Technical and Non-technical stakeholders
- Firewall Experience a huge advantage Cisco, Palo Alto and Fortinet.
- Cisco IronPort and Cisco ASA Desirable
- Wireless Experience
- At least 5 years of experience
Certification:
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT or Computer Science or equivalent
- CCNP / CCIE Certified or equivalent knowledge
- CCNP Security Certified or equivalent knowledge
