Our client URGENTLY requires a BusinessObjects Universe/Report and SAP Data Services ETL Developer for a 3 months+ Contract in Darwin.
The BusinessObjects Universe/Report and SAP Data Services ETL Developer role includes:
- Design and develop universes in SAP BusinessObjects Information Design Tool in accordance with the Client's Standards.
- Build SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports as per specifications.
- Create and update data warehouse tables.
- Develop and document the ETL data flows required for reporting or dashboard solutions.
- Prepare and/or review Technical Report Specification documentation.
The Client has two instances of SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence platform, BI4.2 and BI4.0. These multiple SAP BO Platforms make the Clients' SAP BO environment very complex in the following areas:
- Security and application administration;
- Content organisation; and
- Development and maintenance of BI objects such as Web Intelligence reports and universes.
The current ETL tool is SAP Data Services 4.2 and the Client is currently in the process of installing Tableau software for dashboards and reports.
