This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national organisation/household brand who are a leader in their field. You will be working across a Windows environment supporting Microsoft technologies and have proven experience working in a corporate structure and interacting with various internal stakeholders. We are looking for energetic and quick thinkers who are confident in providing superior phone customer service and support within the business.
About the role:
- Level 1 & 2 telephone support - high volume calls
- Technical support to customers, predominantly via telephone and web portal request, requiring strong verbal & written English communication skills
- Update and maintain accurate records through proper use of the IT Service Management system (ServiceNow).
- Troubleshooting email issues in MS Outlook, as well as BYOD devices such as phones and tablets (Android and iOS).
- Troubleshooting Desktop/Laptop hardware and software issues in a predominantly Windows 8.1/10 environment.
- Troubleshooting browser related issues for Web Apps in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting Active Directory issues such as group membership, expired accounts and account lockouts.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in troubleshooting networking issues (TCP/IP)

- Genuine interest in Information Technology, and an excellent opportunity for a recent IT Graduate to step into the Large Enterprise environment.

- Passionate, service driven high performing as you will be working in a fast paced environment
- Experience in service desk environments where documenting, monitoring, and resolving issues in a timely manner are important
- Excellent problem solving skills
