About the Role
You’ll be expected to push boundaries and challenge yourself, but in return work for a leading ASX 50 organisation. You will be the backbone for providing valuable insight to help drive the sales team forward. Use your acute awareness of the potential sales landscape and highlight opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- The Digital Sales Performance Analyst will provide superior performance analysis and reporting to inform progress against Digital Sales targets and provide valuable insights which help the team evaluate what opportunities to pursue.
- Use your expertise to help identify trends of potential opportunities within the market.
- Creating reports and dashboards to present to the business to assist with future performance.
- Understands and measures the value created through performance metrics initiatives, and help to prioritise the pipeline of work.
About You
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to provide a consultative approach around sales metrics and sales opportunities.
- Ability to translate data into insights, maintaining objectivity at all times.
- Experience in packaging insights and information appropriately for different stakeholder groups. Understanding databases and database processes
- Strong data, reporting, analysis and conceptual skills, highly numerate, data literate and analytical, experience using Adobe Analytics
