My client is a leading Australian based software company. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working with a talented team of developers and operations staff . You will be given the opportunity to work on innovative iOS Apps. The development team deals with a mixture of new projects, features, operational maintenance and problem solving.
General Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Create high quality code that requires the fewest reworks or corrections within expected time frames and meet defined business requirements
- Write high quality code for innovative iOS Apps
- Work as part of a team in an Agile environment
- Architect software to a high standard
- Use technology to solve our customers business problems

We are looking for a person who is passionate about iOS app development, strong analytical skills, great memory, has an inner drive to deliver high quality code, desires a role that has autonomy, and the opportunity to grow your career.
My client is looking for someone who is mature and commercial minded in their approach with the desire to have the successful candidate grow into an integral member of the development team.
The perfect person for this role will have a remarkable memory, be an exceptional debugger, quick thinker and a people person.
Key requirements for role:
- Write high quality code for innovative iOS Apps
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Objective-C and Swift experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in developing mobile iOS Apps
- Experience with modern distributed software techniques, such as RESTful web services
- Database programming experience
- Experience with source control is a must
- OOP
- Programming Design Patterns Knowledge - know and use patterns such as MVC, MVVM, reactive programming, functional programming, etc.
