We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to Work in a collaborative team environment, designing, building, and refining applications with a preference for configuration over code. The Opportunity:

• Drive enhancements, optimize performance, and troubleshoot defects
• Technical design/development, document, configuration, maintenance, administration and integration of the Salesforce platform 
• Experience with working with both internal development teams as well as external agencies
• Facilitate and participate in code reviews with senior and junior staff.
• Assuring that the user-facing features comply with the standards set for design, coding, Risk and Legal
• Collaborating with Projects, Sales, Marketing, Support teams, and other stakeholders to meet the changing business requirements as the area continues to grow

What Does Success Look Like?

• 5 year experience developing directly with Salesforce 
• Good understanding of Salesforce development best practices
• Strong knowledge of salesforce configuration capabilities and Apex code best practices
• Positive "can-do" attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Result oriented with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
• Experience with working with both internal development teams as well as external agencies

What Will Help You Succeed?

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Salesforce Certification – Administrator 201, Advanced Administrator 211,Platform Developer 1,
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud a must
• Fluent in Apex, Visualforce and SOQL; strong familiarity with AppExchange publishing.
