About the opportunity
As a Senior Manager Business Solutions Architect you will be responsible for working across Uniting’s divisions to design the business processes towards the achievement of our strategic goals. This role is essential to build capability within divisions, to drive continuous improvement and the culture of problem solving.
This position will work in partnership with other managers of the division to standardise systems, processes and integration. Additionally, you will work closely with the ICT team to find business solutions in alignment to the design of our processes.

About you
You have strong experience in service delivery and finding business solutions. In your previous role you have demonstrated high level management skills, strong knowledge in change management and strong negotiation skills to engage and develop solid relationships with stakeholders.
You have a collaborative approach and the ability to support and contribute to management teams at a strategic level.
