Our client is a leading Australian company seeking to improve their capability planning and management practice.

Your new role will see you responsible for assisting in the development, continuous improvement and governance of the IT capacity management frameworks and procedures. In this role you will be accountable for instilling best practice and procedures across a wider IT function. Focussing first on providing capacity management across the enterprise's infrastructure you will then be looking to roll out a similar function across their application space as well. This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to help drive and deliver real improvements for the wider business from a capacity management perspective.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a capacity analysis/consultant role
• IT industry experience
• A demonstrated ability to provide capacity planning, technical appraisals of system capacity and forecasting
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to facilitate work shops
• The ability to deliver reports using SQL
