The role
This is a fantastic role for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join this large Sydney CBD based telecommunications organisation.
You will be responsible for
• Technical Lead expert with Salesforce and telecommunications
• Working within an Agile team full of developers, QA’s, BAS and a Iteration manager
• Attend daily stand-up
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality code
• Manage the process of implementing improvements & new functionality in the application.
• Provide insight into Salesforce development best practises
• Handle numerous projects/priorities while providing quality delivery of solutions.
• Communicate & collaborate with the IT systems/development team on system integrations.
Who you are
You will have the following skills/experience
• Technical Lead who is hands on & codes around 50% of the time, although this can vary each sprint
• Reviews solutions put forward by Architects and arrives at designs that will ensure robust coding that minimises Production issues
• Mentors others through various activities, including pair programming/code reviews, etc
• Has a “can do” attitude and understands the complexities of working in a multi-delivery Team environment, and who can work with the System Team and other Delivery Leads to implement solutions to minimise disruptions, esp to merge and deployment activities
• Open to shift work
• Understands the importance of Agile and leads by example by providing input to all Scrum ceremonies
