- Exciting IT Support role in Sydney Blue Chip Corporate Office!
- Looking for experienced L3 IT Support Technicians
- Full Time Hours Contract Role with immediate start
About the Role
- Level 3 IT Support, Windows Imaging, Software Packaging and Software Distribution opportunity in a large Blue-Chip Corporate Office
- Suitable candidates must have extensive IT Support/Help Desk experience
- Excellent technical background in Windows OS, desktop/laptop, hardware/software and end user support
Your Responsibilities
- Image Building, Software Packaging and Software Distribution
- Provide onsite L3 IT Support in a corporate environment
- Must be proficient at working at the direction of remote teams
- Managing work via ticketing system
- Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct team members
- Coordinate and follow-up with end users
- Updating documentation as required such as quick reference guides, support documentation; contribute to common fixes and existing knowledge base
Required Experience
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with corporate staff in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and face to face
- In depth knowledge of Windows Platform components and processes: Image Build, Software Packaging, Software Distribution, and Tier 3 Support
- Image Migration skills – Win7 to Win10 Evergreen
- Knowledge of SMS 2012 Current Branch
- Knowledge of Install Shield packaging skills preferred
- Powershell script knowledge
- Senior level knowledge of overall desktop troubleshooting
- Network installation/troubleshooting skills will be highly regarded
