As part of the expansion for our Melbourne office, we are seeking a full time Junior Infrastructure Support Officer to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service, enjoys working in a fast paced growing organisation with the ability to utilise your IT knowledge and to grow and develop your professional skills.

 

Your key responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • Provide support for use of office facilities, including meeting rooms with Audio Visual equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to resolution as required
  • Provide technical support for all office telephones and computer systems
  • Deliver and maintain excellent working relationships and a high level of customer service
  • Support Infrastructure Team with administrative services
  • Ad hoc general administrative duties

To be considered for the opportunity to work in a friendly environment within a supportive team you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience providing application support
  • Ability to install IT hardware and assist with configuration
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems
  • Strong organisational and time management with the ability to meet required deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service
  • Working autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail
