About the role

Continuing with our rapid expansion this year and exciting projects in the pipe as we enter the new financial year, we are looking for experienced and passionate SalesForce application architect.

This is a key role in our technology advisory practice to support our clients with technology and digital transformation supported by the SalesForce platform.

About you

If you are a commercially savvy, self-driven architect, who has an interest in helping customers with their digital transformation journey by the optimised use of SalesForce platform, this is the ideal role for you. You must be adept at understanding business needs and translating that into a technology solution which is well understood by both business and technology stakeholders.


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Lead future Sales, Marketing and Services solutions with a focus on SalesForce application architecture definition
  • Assess current state of technology platforms and identify areas of opportunity
  • Facilitate client business and technology stakeholder workshops to capture requirements
  • Define technical specifications for configuration and implementation of SalesForce platform
  • Effectively communicate the solution to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate and work with system integrator(s) teams to support delivery process
  • Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with system integrator(s) and SalesForce team
  • Contribute to technology and architecture related IP development and thought leadership materials
  • Contribute to RFI, RFP and business case process for clients

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Certified SalesForce Application Architect
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology architecture, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in SalesForce application architecture
  • Strong data architecture capability with experience and demonstrated ability in data model definitions
  • Deep understanding of CRM and customer facing technology systems
  • Experience in working on large scale CRM and customer facing technology implementations
  • Experience and knowledge in cloud technologies
  • Ability to articulate and define solutions to benefit across business, technology and commercial
  • IT consulting experience with strong business acumen
  • Strong understanding of technology integration with focus on SalesForce integration
  • Ability to define and develop business and process architecture definitions
