About you

  • You will have strong technology and telecommunications sales experience and be commercially astute
  • You will have a track record of acquiring new business through prospecting and networking
  • You will have the ability to establish rapport and trust with people
  • You will be fast and thorough in response and follow up as it is essential to successfully winning business
  • You will be readily willing to travel regularly throughout QLD/ NSW/ ACT
  • You will professionally promote & present our company to clients, prospects and industry influencers

About the role

  • You will be responsible for achieving your sales targets
  • Your account base will predominantly be in NSW/ QLD/ ACT
    • You will have an extensive established account base with a track record of sales which must have positive annual growth
    • You will also seek out new business in existing accounts or new customers
    • Your accounts range from Global and National System Integrators down to single person contractors
  • You will ensure comprehensive ongoing account management of your clients
  • You will be managing the sales process end-to-end on a daily basis
  • You will create relevant & targeted communications to clients & prospects
  • You will plan, coordinate and conduct strategic customer engagements on a regular basis
    • This means you will work closely with key client contacts at business, operations, technical and sourcing levels
    • You will also work closely with your colleagues in other teams, such as product, training, technical support, administration and marketing
  • Your base salary will be commensurate with your experience and you will be rewarded with sales commission.

What you need

  • A minimum of 5-years sales experience and proven track record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy skills
  • The ability and presence to prepare and present successfully to all levels of clients
  • Strong skills & experience managing client expectations and relationships
  • Organised and able to meet & maintain deadlines
