About the role

As Case Management Analyst, Migrations & Disconnections (M&D), you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Case Management Operations and your main responsibilities will include daily operations, data management and escalation management for medical alarm, fire and lift cases. 

The aim of the role is to support the safe migration of all vulnerable end users to whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism with all stakeholders. This role requires urgency and attention to process and detail and your ability to communicate clearly both written and spoken. The M&D Operational Team are an enthusiastic and high performing team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Supporting and improving the M&D Operational processes
  •  Providing cover during team leave and absence
  • Investigating and resolving operational issues in the M&D space
  •  Supporting the incident and escalation management work stream
  •  Ensuring quality of the deliverables and the compliance to standards and guidelines including development of required levels of documentation
  •  Communicating and reporting on operational status and delivering high quality operational reporting
  •  Support with project deliverables during migration to new systems
  •  Support with User Acceptance Testing (UAT and PVT)

 

Must have’s skills

  •  Experience working in Operational teams in a fast-paced environment and have a great understanding of process operations in a Case Management, Contact Centre or Billing   environment 
  •  Extensive well-developed business and customer service skills
  •  Solid experience in data analysis
  •  Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve operational issues. 
  •  Comfortable with operational and project deliverables with focus on outcomes
  •  Be tertiary qualified in Commerce, Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline preferred
  •  Have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
