Key responsibilities of this include:

• Conduct high quality face to face presentations to prospective clients across multiple disciples and

hierarchical levels

• Conduct online presentations when applicable
• Assist with sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, tenders etc.
• Scope customer facilities and understand product fit
• Uncover customer pain points and value proposition
• Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly report on sales activities
• Work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• Conducting product training sessions from time to time
• Work with Customer Success team to obtain total share of wallet
• Develop sales & marketing activities to drive new business development
• Assist the On-Boarding team when required
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all transactions
• Actively promote a positive team environment

Minimum Qualifications, experience, competencies and attributes required:

• 5-10 years of sales experience
• Results orientated
• Proven track record
• Driven personality with a hunger for success
• Highly motivated
• Appetite for learning
• Effective phone and face-to-face communication skills
• Appreciation of value selling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to build rapport with all personality types (emotional intelligence)
