Troppus IT & Management is a fast growing managed services provider located in East Victoria Park.  We are looking for 'switched on' Level 1-3 Support Engineers with proven experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.

The position offers a challenging role in a dynamic and friendly team environment. The successful candidate will be working with a team of support engineers to provide proactive desktop and server support for a range of business customers across multiple industries. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 years industry experience as a Support Engineer
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience configuring and administering MS Windows Servers
  • Experience configuring and administering MS Office365 solutions
  • Experience implementing virtualisation solutions
  • Self motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong work ethics, initiative and troubleshooting skills
  • Drivers License
  • Microsoft Certifications

Desirable Criteria:

Experience configuring and administering:

  • Common SME routers & firewalls
  • Cisco switches and routers
  • Common Antivirus and Antimalware Solutions
  • StorageCraft ShadowProtect
  • Veeam
  • Citrix

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Configure, support & provide administration service in the areas of hardware, software & networking
  • Manage and assist with projects (new deployments, migrations and upgrades)
  • Implementing & maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Providing on-site & remote IT & Communications support to clients

The remuneration package will be negotiated based on your relevant skills and experience.
