This role is responsible for leading the development of our Identity and Access Management capability by leveraging Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure AD and enterprise mobility and security services. This will include the management of critical information collaboration platforms with Exchange Online, OneDrive and associated systems.  

Working in a wider team of End User Delivery, Azure, Office 365, information and security experts, to be successful you will demonstrate the ability to help mature our Agile capability and work with the product owner to ensure the team follows Scrum principles in the delivery of business value.

Experience in the design, configuration and provisioning of platforms, including Active Directory and Azure AD, Azure MFA and Office 365, mail filtering solutions and file share platforms would be highly advantageous.

Reporting to the End User Services Manager, this position is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

 

What you will be doing?

  • Reduce operational risk and improve availability of the directory and identity management systems
  • Ensure optimal service operations execution across IT identity, infrastructure mail and file server platforms
  • Technical leadership, domain knowledge guidance, project delivery coordination, service transition and application of service management processes
  • Lead service activities, ensuring critical business services availability, capacity planning and business continuity support
  • Facilitate the automation, test and optimisation of the Identity and User Access Management solution

 

What we are looking for in you?

  • Previous experience of delivery using Agile and DevOps principles
  • Demonstrated understanding of fundamentals of automation and quality testing assurance
  • Strong leadership in the delivery of Identity Access Management solutions
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technology stack and tools
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) is desirable
